Kazakhstan U-23 Cup: «Astana Zhastar» Celebrates Victory!

The «Astana Zhastar» team triumphantly won the Kazakhstan U-23 Cup in Pavlodar.

The first stage of the competition took place from November 2 to 6; the second stage started on December 3 and transitioned to the playoffs, concluding today.

Under the guidance of Anton Ponomarev, the team demonstrated an impressive performance, securing victories in all 8 matches of the tournament, with the final match ending in a win over the Aqtobe farm club with a score of 64:52.

The Aqtobe farm team took the second place in the tournament, and Ertis took the third.

Special attention is deserved by Muhammadali Sayranov, the forward of «Astana Zhastar,» who was awarded the title of the best forward of the Cup.
