Felipe Hase is an Astana player!

Felipe was born on March 19, 1998, in Osorno. In 2015, Felipe moved to the United States, where he played for various school teams in Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California.

In the 2017/18 season, Felipe debuted in the NCAA, starting with the South Carolina Gamecocks. He spent two seasons there before transferring to Mercer Bears. He had to miss the 2019/20 season due to regulatory issues but then spent two more years with a team in Macon, Georgia.

In 2022, Hase took advantage of the opportunity to play a fifth season in the NCAA due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent cancellation of spring games in 2020. He joined the Golden Eagles at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Felipe played 160 games in the NCAA, averaging 10.77 points, 5.35 rebounds, and 2.17 assists per game. In the past season, he became the highest-scoring Chilean player in the history of the association when he scored his 1414th point, surpassing Nicholas Carvacho.

Additionally, Hase is one of the leaders of the Chilean national team. Even as a teenager, he regularly played for various youth national teams, consistently getting significant playing time. With the senior national team, Hase participated in the qualification rounds for two World Championships (2019 and 2023) and an Olympic pre-qualification tournament, where Chileans finished in third place.

He stands at 206 cm tall and weighs 111 kg.
