Adam Kunkel — Player of «Astana»!

«Astana» has reached an agreement with the American guard, Adam Kunkel.

He was born on December 9, 1999, in Erlanger, Kentucky—height — 193 cm, weight — 82 kg.

Belmont Bruins, for whom Adam played from 2018 to 2020, became the player's first college team. In his last season with the Belmont University team, he averaged 16.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game within the NCAA.

Notably, on November 16, 2019, Kunkel scored a record-breaking 35 points, leading the Bruins to a victory over the Boston College team with a score of 100:85 in the Gotham Classic.

In 2020, Adam, who had gained interest from several NCAA teams, decided to continue his sports career with the Xavier University team, where he spent the following three seasons. In 2022, Kunkel's team won the National Invitational Tournament for the second time in its history.
