«Astana» has extended the agreement with a guard Maxim Marchuk.

Maxim joined «Astana» in the 2012/13 season and has been playing for the capital club for over ten years. He has played 143 games in the VTB United League and is one of the record holders among the current team players in this category, second only to Rustam Murzagaliyev (172 games).

In the past season of the VTB United League, the player participated in 30 games, averaging 3.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. Maxim also played 5 games in the Finals of the West Asian Super League, earning an average of 3.2 points and 3 rebounds per match.
