«Astana Academy» completed another home series in the National League of Kazakhstan.
Mikhail Lonshakov's team defeated «Almaty Legion» twice—85:73 and 79:67. It's worth noting that the series gained additional interest as both teams are predominantly composed of young Kazakh players, with only two foreigners in each lineup.
The standout performers for «Astana Academy» were Valery Likhodey (22+17 points, 9+13 rebounds), Igor Kanygin (17+9 points), Alexander Orazbekov (9+13 points, 8+5 assists), and Vladislav Isaenko (4+6 points, 5+6 rebounds, 5+1 assists). Sardal Abashidze performed well in the second match, scoring 16 points and making 6 rebounds.
In the next series of the National League, «Astana Academy» will play on December 1 and 2 in Pavlodar against Ertis.
