Astana played another away game in the VTB United League, having met with the MBA in Moscow.

Despite the absence of several leaders, Oleg Kiselev's team was able to impose a struggle on the hosts and keep the intrigue in the match until the last quarter.

The second quarter of the match ended with the victory of Astana, but this luck was overshadowed by the removal of Daniil Aksenov from the court.

Unfortunately, the last quarter of the match was unsuccessful for Astana: MBA seized the initiative and won the match with a final score of 81:59.

The leaders of Astana are Michael Myers (15 points, 18 rebounds), Maxim Marchuk (11 points), and Oleg Balashov (10 points). The American basketball player of the capital club set a season record for the number of rebounds in one game.

«First of all, I must note the excellent game of Astana — even with all the problems, they stood up well to Zenit; and today, they played excellent basketball for 35 minutes as well.
