On March 5, the final game between «Astana» and «Caspian» basketball clubs was held at  Saryarka Cycle Track in the framework of the regular championship of the National League of Kazakhstan.

The capital team «Astana», without giving any chance to the Aktau «Caspian», again won another victory with the score — 110: 50 (24:15, 33:15, 29:10, 24:10).
 

Most productive players:
  • Rustam Murzagaliyev — 18 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists
  • Rustam Ergali — 16 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists
  • Kenneth Horton — 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists
  • Anthony Clemmons — 15 points, 2 rebounds and 5 assists


The next match will be held on the road on March 11, Astana residents will go to Tallinn, where they will meet with the local «Kalev» basketball club within the framework of the regular VTB United League championship.

«Caspiy” — is Kazakhstan professional men's basketball team from the city of Aktau.

Basketball club «Caspian» was created in April 2008 by the Office of Physical Culture and Sports Mangistau region and Akimat of Mangistau region.
